Dry N’ Shine™

Every conveyor car wash should use Dry N’ Shine™ technology! It dries car window and body surfaces consistently and in excess of 140 cars per hour. The Profiler™

When you go with the Profiler Series, you get bone dry cars. The Profiler’s nozzles profile the contour of each vehicle to give you maximum pressure. The Profiler uses a simple, self-contained photo-eye and control circuit solution that is dependable and easy to operate. It uses simple air cylinders that drive the nozzles up and down for smooth control movements. No complicated drives, shafts, or belts. The nozzle extensions are made of soft, pliable car wash cloth that keeps the dryer and vehicles passing under it damage-free. The Air One™ Profiler™ 40 H.P. Dryer is designed specifically to evacuate rinse water out of the drip rails of vehicles and to dry the side windows and vertical surfaces. The top two air producers telescope up and down, getting as close to each vehicle’s surface as possible.

The Air One™ Dryer

The Air One™ Dryer is named for its tremendous air production. Air One Dryers deliver similar air flow output performance ratings as other dryers using 15 H.P. motors. Standard 10 H.P. air producers utilize a welded steel, 12 blade impeller that operates at a surprisingly pleasant, ear-friendly pitch. Air One Dryers are energy efficient and are simple, yet flexible. The Air One™ Color Skinz™ Arch can mount up to 5 producers on a single arch. Plastic molded Air One™ dryer housings are offered in multiple colors: blue, red, yellow, black and green.
